1 Program Terms & Conditions
1.1 Program description
Joshua Dan (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers an SMS program that sends account alerts, lending updates, and promotional offers to subscribers’ mobile phones via our toll-free number. Message frequency varies. CTIA
1.2 Cost
We do not charge for the service, but your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.
1.3 How to opt in
You may enroll by (a) checking the consent box on our forms, or (b) texting the keyword we designate (e.g., “joshdan”) to our toll-free number. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are 18 years of age or older.
1.4 How to opt out

1.5 Carrier disclaimer
Carriers—including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and US-Cellular—are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.

1.7 Program changes & termination
We may modify or end the program at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via text or on our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
